比赛章程（一）
目 的 ：
（一）為本港中，小學生發揮和展示其創意潛能提供交流平台;
（二）表彰本港中，小學生的優秀創意作品;
（三）促進本港中，小學生創造力的發展。
作 品 類 型 ：
1、藝術類
2、媒體類
3、故事類
4、遊戲類
5、中華傳統文化類
參 加 資 格 ：
1、參赛者可以個人名義或由學校推薦報名，並是小四至中三學生。
2、各校可最多派出4組參赛隊伍參加比赛，每組人數可1-4人。
3、入選決賽的參赛單位可自願性地派出1名老師代表，於5月的現場評審中擔任評審員，決赛整個互評環節將不多於2小時。現場評審佔決赛的40％，網上公開票選佔30％，大會專業評審團的光碟評審得分則佔30％。
規 格 ：
要求作者保證參赛作品必須是原創的創意作品及從未在公開的比赛中獲獎，並須以錄像介绍（以avi，mpeg，vob或dat格式燒錄在光碟上，能夠在中文微軟視窗98，XP或VISTA平台上播放），錄像時間不多於5分鐘，當中主要包括創意作品的標題，創作意念，解決困難的過程和創作成果。（如發現作品並非原創或已在公開的比賽中獲獎，本會保留取消參賽資格及終止該作品評審的權利）
參 加 方 法 ：
參加者必須連同報名表格、創作作品簡介、作品錄像光碟（VCD / DVD）及2位成人推薦（可以是師長或家長），親臨或郵寄送到九龍彌敦道555號九龍行5樓劉先生收（註明：香港中小學生創意作品比賽2010）。

比赛分初中和高小組，各設金獎2個，銀獎3個，銅獎5個。

比赛章程（二）
評 選 準 則 ：
創意作品的「創新性」，「實用性」和「社會價值 / 教育意義」。
初 賽 規 則 ：
將於3月15日後由專業評審團評選各組20份作品進入決赛
光 碟 評 審 ：
大會專業評審團將根據高小及初中組各20份初賽優勝作品的錄像光碟內容及其創意水平作光碟甄選，得出的分數佔決賽總分的30％。
網 上 票 選 ：
初賽選出的高小及初中組各20份作品上載於教育城的專題網頁中，於5月期間設有公開網上選舉，供公眾人士投票。網上投票分數將佔決赛總分的30％
現 場 評 審 ：
將於2009年5月份在勞工子弟中學（九龍何文田公主道14號）舉行，各組參賽學生可作不超過8分鐘的現場滙報，表達參赛作品的創意水平和分享創作的過程。各參賽學校可自願性地派出1名老師，作為評審環節的評審員之一，並與大會專業評審團成員共同參與評審其他參賽單位的創意作品水平，得出的分數佔決赛總分的40％。

頒 獎 禮 ：
2010年7月舉行頒獎典禮，詳情於決賽後通知各有關單位及同學。
注 意 事 項 ：
（一）參賽者必須遵從大會決定，不得異議。
（二）作品錄像光碟無論入選與否，均不退還。
（三）香港創新教育學會擁有所有參赛作品的免費公開播映權。
（四）本章程如未盡善，主辦機構有權跟進修改。
（五）各參赛同學將可獲贈參與證書以作紀念。

中國禮儀故事動畫創作比賽

Learning Outcomes:

A valuable opportunity to educate and inform our students in essence of learning Chinese Liyi (中華禮儀) , civic manners, cultural heritage in habitual ceremonies and so on

Provide a useful opportunity where SCS students could apply and demonstrate their learning capabilities in general education, animation production, video shooting, Chinese cultural studies and use of language, etc

Grouping of competing teams are formed across all disciplines at SCS. It aimed to arouse and encourage self-learning and team-learning spirit among ALL SCS students

Demonstrate to outside organizations our students’ creativity, animation production, IT potentials and abilities in designing and creating a shot-film in effective teams and primarily with professional outlook
Details of the event:
Target Participants and No. of Participants: All SCS students, four students in a team. Combination of competing teams should form across various disciplines, e.g. Chinese Language with IT or Business with Animation or Social Science with Animation.

Animation Production, Serving
Target:
香港中華禮儀振興會, Hong Kong Society for the Promotion of Chinese Liyi (The Society). The Society has kindly agreed to offer our students a chance to do the animation work. Upon completion of our internal competition, a number of the best 10 productions will be selected for final consideration and acceptance by the Society. The design output(s) of the eventual winning teams will be considered for uploading onto the Society’s website for public reference. Names of the winning teams will also be displaced as an appreciation and acknowledgement.
Animation Stories:
Will solely be provided and approved by the Society.

香港中華禮儀振興會於1997年冬由孔憲中教授發起籌組，姚德懷先生、游社煖先生先後主持籌組工作。現已註冊為非牟利文化慈善團體。
理 念 與 目 標 ：
1、中華禮儀，將美好民族形式與精神注入生活言行，務求與現代中外文化接軌，無需偏執復古或強人所難。
2、促進對優質中華禮儀之欣賞與崇尚、承傳與發揚。
